Generalized Anxiety Disorder
Generalized Anxiety Disorder (or GAD) is defined by excessive worry and anxiety for 6 months or longer.
Panic Disorder
The driving force of reoccurring panic attacks. The overwhelming surge of fear or intense discomfort reaches a peak within minutes. The attacks are unexpected and the cause is often unknown.
Social Anxiety Disorder
Intense fear or anxiety about social situations where a person might be embarrassed, assessed negatively, or rejected by others. Most of us experience social fears to some degree. But social anxiety can be debilitating for some people, hindering them from enjoying life to the fullest.
Specific Phobia
An intense, consuming fear or anxiety of a specific object or situation. May be a fear of flying, spiders, heights, animals, seeing blood, etc. Phobias are very treatable and the solution doesn’t have to be immersion therapy to experience freedom.
